bumbu bahan randang :
    1 1/2 kg daging sapi yg segar
    12 gelas santan dr 3 butir kelapa yg tua sekali
    2 biji asam kandis
    2 lembar daun jeruk purut (yang gak kering)
    1 batang serai, dimemarkan dulu yaa
    1 lembar daun kunyit
    Secukupnya Garam
Bumbu halus Resep Rendang Padang :
    1 ons cabe merah segar (pedas)
    15 buah bawang merah
    6 siung bawang putih
    5 buah Kemiri yg bagus
    2 cm Jahe
    3 cm laos, digeprek aja 
Cara membuat rendang padang Asli :
    - Pertama-tama Daging Sapi dipotong-potong sesuai kemauan anda / bunda.
    - Selanjutnya ambilah wajan lalu rebus santan dengan bumbu-bumbu yang telah dihaluskan diatas tadi, lalu masukan bahan dedaunan & juga asam kandisnya.
    - Kemudian Aduk-Aduk terus sampai mengental supaya santan gak pecah. Nah Jikalau sudah mulai   mengeluarkan minyak, masukan potongan daging sapi nya.
    - Terakhirnya, Aduk-aduk terus masakan ini jangan sampai berhenti diatas api sedang saja. proses ini dilakukan hingga daging sapi empuk betul dan kuah sudah agak mengering .
seasoning ingredients rendang:
    1 1/2 kg of fresh beef reply
