bAHAN ISI
    -50 gram taoge (dibersihkan, diseduh air mendidih, ditiriskan)
    -50 gram soun kering (diseduh air panas, ditiriskan, dipotong-potong)
    -2 butir telur ayam (direbus, dipotong-potong)
    -1 batang seledri (diiris halus)
    -1 sendok makan bawang putih goreng
    -1 sendok makan bawang merah goreng
BAHAN PELENGKAP
    -4 buah perkedel kentang
    -1 buah jeruk nipis (dipotong-potong)
    -2 sendok makan kecap manis
BAHAN UNTUK SAMBAL CABAI RAWIT
    -8 buah cabai rawit
    -2 buah cabai merah
    -2 siung bawang putih
    -1/4 sendok teh garam
cara membuatnya :
    Pertama-tama rebus ayam sampai daging matang di atas api kecil.
    Setelah itu saring dan didihkan lagi.
    Panaskan minyak lalu Tumis bumbu halus sampai harum.
    Tambahkan daun bawang, serai, dan daun jeruk. Aduk sampai layu. lalu Angkat.
    Tuang kerebusan ayam. Tambahkan garam dan kaldu ayam. Masak hingga matang.
    Angkat ayam. Suwir-suwir ayam lalu Sisihkan.
    Sambal cabai rawit: rebus cabal rawit, cabai merah, dan bawang putih
    Sampai matang. Angkat. Tambahkan garam. Haluskan.
    Dalam mangkuk saji, beri taoge, soun, ayam suwir, dan telur.
    Tuang kuah, tabur seledri, bawang putih goreng, dan bawang merah goreng.
    Sajikan selagi masih hangat bersama pelengkap dan sambal.
